They are persistent with different scams against a particular patient. This just happens to be the latest. they want a signature to approve a blood pressure monitor kit. they are claiming to be Orthomedix but are using a fax number not associated with that business. They want chart notes and diagnosis codes. this is not the only scam fax we have received but they all use different fax numbers. We also receive phone calls associated with the faxes. I have printed all the faxes that are deemed a scam but his information has apparently been sold to many scammers. His medical care is in great danger since we are not releasing any information of his to any one due to the inability to know what is or isn't a scam. they have pretended to be CVS, Anthem BlueCross, Walgreens, Doks Pharmacy, Walmart, multiple Ortho companies . the list goes on.
