Received a voicemail stating, "Hi, this is Cedric, calling regarding a complaint filed in our office for {my name}. The reference case number is ####### again it is ####### documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The filing firm will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the filing firm immediately at 888-528-8861. Again it is 888-528-8861. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."
