I saw and advertisement for 20 Packs only $36(All colors as shown)/Large (14-16), it advertised that it shipped from Utah in the USA. I ordered them and a gray sweater, paid $51.52 total with my credit card. I got a notice that it shipped and for the next few weeks I kept checking the tracking link. It would never show me specifically where my package was, so I contacted them. They immediately offered me a 20% refund for the delay, which I refused. Days go by, no package delivered and tracking not showing anything except that it left CHINA (what happened to UTAH?? I contact them again, they offer 40% refund, which I again refused. I told them that I wanted 100% refund because the package was nowhere to be found a month after ordering. The next day they show the package delivered at my address, false information because I have still received nothing. They offered 90% refund and I have still not seen my package or a dime put back on my card.

Show clothing on SnapChat with favorite cook wearing them. Purchased clothing and they tell me that I got them but I didn’t. They want me to take a 30% less hit because they had a loss as well. And I’m supposed to give in? They said they would try again to send the merchandise since that’s what I preferred and to give it a month to get them. I still did not get the merchandise but they said I did. Then I told them I wanted my refund and I wanted all of my money back. They said it could be 3-5 days to get my money at 100%. I have not gotten the refund either.

I ordered clothes and after 3 weeks I received an email stating it was delivered. I never received and now when I click on order it says order not found. I’ve emailed 6 times as there is no phone number requesting my money back. I have received no response.

Ordered through an ad on Snapchat and never received items. They insisted they resent but nothing was ever sent to begin with. They say they’re refunding but have not. They attempted to give an $8 refund only after I made threats.

I ordered 2 different sets of outfits. 1 was a 10 piece sets of sun dresses with attached shorts the other was a 10 piece short sets. The company stated they delivered them on 6/13/2026 but I have a ring camera and no packages were ever delivered before the 13th or after. They even provide tracking to track your shipment supposed to be delivered by CCE Freight Company but phone number provided, email address or website for them did not work at all and stated invalid. Do not order from them you will never receive your items ordered. Its a scam. I still have the order number and all tracking documents to prove.

Ordered 10 dresses for $25. Took screenshot of screen for records. When I hadn’t received my order, I tried making contact through email given. The email is undeliverable. I tried numerous times. I still haven’t received my order.

I ordered a 10 pack of rompers for $25. Got charged and received shipping information, which is foreign shipping company. I tracked it for a month, and it finally said delivered on 5/22/26 (ordered on 4/18/26). It was not delivered. I contacted the company by email since this is the only information given. They offered to resend the package, I accepted them to do so. They resent and again, it said it was delivered, still no package.
