Ordered "Jellylean" from ad that came up on my Kindle while playing games. Received a call from Mathan in Texas about supplements that would be good with that product. Moment of weakness, I ordered 3 for just over $2900.00. Was assured of a full refund. Products received and tried for 30 days, gained weight and no other effects. Called to get refund and was offered to keep and receive for only $1500. Refused, got text on return policy and returned all. Called with confirmation number and was told would be refunded in 10 days. Received refund on Jellylean but only $810 for only one supplement. Customer service stated they couldn't see the problem and gave me an e-mail to use to find out what the problem was. Have not received a response.

I placed the order and cancelled it minutes later. Was informed that the order had been canceled. They shipped the product to me several days later. I returned the product per their instructions, receiving name of receiver via receiving signature. Multiple attempts to request refund have since been met with "the refund has already been made" or "I requested it and it could take as many as 15 days for you to receive it".

My Mum believed a video she saw on Facebook with Oprah Winfrey detailing her weight loss and encouraging people to purchase weight loss drops! My Mum has DEMENTIA and previous to this I had allowed her access to my PayPal account but I had firgotten to change the password when she became ill, I was checking my online banking and noticed a transaction of £247.90 paid to CARTPANDA, I attempted to cancel the order shortly after Mum placed it to no avail they said they couldn't cancel it as it had already been shipped ! That was on 28/07/2025
I contacted CARTPANDA and although they were sympathetic they maintain they are only a PLATFORM for the seller but have no responsibility for the loss of my money.
Thing is I never received a tracking number and the only one is the one showing on PayPal that states a DHL tracking that has been stuck on WAITING FOR NEWS FROM COURIER for several days. I have contacted both CARTPANDA and [email protected]. Sometimes CARTPANDA respond but [email protected] just completely ignore me. I was going to contact PayPal but feel they'll side with the seller saying I need to wait for delivery ( which I don't think will ever happen) or to liase with the seller which is impossible, obviously my Mum can't recall ordering these drops, and when I try to jog her memory she gets extremely upset, I now suspect this was yet another scam and there is no hope of me ever getting the money back.

Hi I purchased from them and decided to cancel the next day. They never got back to me untill item had shipped. Luckily I had paid through PayPal so contacted them and they gave me a full refund. I hope this helps 🙏🏽

Was like another victim and believed in the videos on Facebook. Desperate to losing weight, wanting to try the drops they were selling. Now they keep hounding me to call them and not sure if I will receive the drops or what they truly are. Having hubby check our CC account for any unauthorized charges.
