I ordered a product called Mind Boost from this company with a 60 day product refund guarantee February 6, 2026. March 2, 2026 I phoned the company asking for a full refund because the product didn't work. I was told to return the product to CartPanda's address in Largo, Florida for a full refund. I returned it USPS March 3, 2026 insured for $1000.00 and signature required. It was received at CartPanda March 6, 2026. I started contacting them March 26th to ask where my refund was. Still no refund.
