On January 1, 2026 I placed an online order with 4Nature.com using my debit card for the product LipoLess. I never received the product. On January 31, 2026 I requested a full refund since I had not received the product. I sent additional inquiries on February 15, 2026, February 27, 2026, March 8, 2026, and March 19, 2026 to find out the status of my refund. I still have not received my refund of $308.95.

The advertisement featured Dr. Jennifer Ashton who previously worked on ABC as a medical consultant. After watching the advertisement I felt if she as a medical professional was endorsing the product, it must be legitimate. Instead I have been duped by what was a very good AI generated fraudulent advertisement.
