They sent a letter to my address stating that my home warranty was gonna expire unless I called them right away. Upon calling them, I asked for paperwork and asked for the business name and address and the associate couldn’t give it to me. He said he needed me to make a payment (179.00) in order to get any information about the business then I thought this must be a scam and hung up.

I then googled the agent Vicki Mercer at four home warranty found out there’s a big thing going on with them
