He called and stated hw was with dish tv and needed to do an update because of a change in satellite, he then stated that he was going to lower my monthly bill $20 for 36 months, but i had to agree to a 1 time charge of $199.99! He had the first 4 #'s. And the last 4#'s, and he wanted the credit card # to charge. I hung up and called dish. It was a scam dish stated they would NEVER call for anything.
