i purchased a painting from 453 modern vintage (45ThreeModernVintageHome.com) in los angeles, ca. i sent my payment via venmo. i was given every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long to mail the piece to me. i kept going along with it because i actually believed all these lame excuses. her reviews are great, so i believed her. she finally sent me a painting, but it was not the one i bought.!! then i was sent a piece of needlepoint???? i questioned this and was told it was a shipping mistake - to just throw it away. after that nothing. this has gone on for 6 months. i've asked for my money back and have gotten radio silence. nothing. i see reading deeper in her reviews that she's done this before to a number of people, but for the most part, people have been happy. this is very, very strange. i dont get it, but i want my $400 back. she's a scammer and she should not be allowed to run a business with actions like this.
