Threatening legal case voicemail and suspicious phone number

He left a vm saying that there was a legal case against me and that it was important that I call him back. I did and he asked me if I had been served papers yet. I said no. He then asked me to verify personal information. I didn't and he said, "Fine, I'll send this over to be processed immediately and you can expect to be served papers today." I hung up. I called back a little later and noticed that the number I was asked to call showed up on my phone as a different number. The same guy answered and I apologized for being rude, but I was trying to make sure I wasn't getting scammed. I asked for the address and he said there were several offices across the US. I asked which one he was in and it took him over a minute to tell me. When I looked it up, it appears to be a strip mall. He said they don't give out suite numbers due to safety reasons. I said ok, thank you and hung up.
