Caller stated it was a recorded line and that I owed my clinic $5000. Interesting that it would be such an even number. I explained that I owe my clinic, but way less than that amount. I let him know it was a scam and to lose my number. He argued with me. I again explained I do not owe that amount. He asked if I've discussed this with my clinic. I explained I know exactly how much I owe my clinic and that the clinic also uses a different collection agency. I again told him to lose my number.

They called my place where i worked and stated i owe a hospital bill but i already paid it years ago.
