They call and tell you that you have an existing "free trial" account with them. They sort of ask whoever they got on the phone if they have "Purchasing Authorization" or "Authorization to make changes to your account" for your company. If you do not fully answer this question, it doesn't matter, they will just blast right past it, assuming your silence is a "YES" answer. They will then confirm with you all of your business information. And then they will tell you that they are sending you an invoice for $682.50. You will receive this invoice in the mail. Naturally it will go to your accounting department. It is then you will realize that whoever they spoke to on the phone earlier "gave authorization" for this to happen. And a fight will ensue. Do not give this company any of your information!
