Scam call pretending to be payment processing about case

The reason for my call today is to verify the address we have on file as we are preparing to file documentation in your case. Our department has made several attempts to get in contact with you via mail and also phone calls, both of which were unsuccessful. Our client has flagged you as evasive and noncompliant. Thank you and good luck. (Message Received) they are now calling my family members and telling them that I listed them as a reference. My mother almost gave my information away and social to them.

Phishing call using local numbers and fake reference request

been called by 3 dif. local phone numbers saying I was a reference listed for my daughter and if I know this person, that it was urgent that I return their call to 409-761-7631, or press 1 to be transferred to local agent. I looked this return # up and has been reported as a scam to gain personal information. They also called my daughter the next day with the same recording
