My elderly father called Best garage door and gates. Someone came out did not provide my Dad a quote or estimate. They fixed the spring system, metal wheel system, track system, the lift cable, the bearings, and removed the old system. I paid for it cause my dad did not have the financial means at the time to do so himself. They charged my debit card $4850. Overall cost was supposed to be $5850. After speaking to a lot of people, there's no way that what they fixed should have cost that much.
