Received a call from Mark Powell at (407) 674-9466, stating he is calling on behalf of the Florida State Processing unit the purpose of the phone call here is to notify you that the summon we received from Sawyer and Malone in orange country florida . That I would be served at my residence or place of employment. He left a case # in which I can contact the law firm which he claims is submitting summons for wage garnishment and lien. Not sure if this is legitament.
