I did not answer the call but the caller left a voice message stating they were calling from FCS and that an agent had attempted to contact me previously and this was the last attempt. They said that if I did not contact them by end of the day they would have to escalate the matter and proceed without my consent. They provided the phone number 833-587-6404 and a reference number. I did not return the call to the 404 number or the 833 number. I am not at all familiar with FCS or know what accounts I may have associated with this business.
