Mr. Marsh initially agreed to replace / repair my transmission for my 2002 Ford F250. Stating that it would take one week. After one week I called to check on the progress, he then stated it would take an additional week to complete. After the two weeks I went to collect my truck and pay for the services. Mr. Marsh stated he only accepted cash. So I then had to go to my bank (Regions) to withdraw 6,000.00 cash. I then paid for the truck I also requested for a receipt and he then refused to provide me with a receipt and an itemized list of parts that I paid for. He was also very rude and unprofessional. I am still having issues with my truck (it is currently broke down in my yard) I had to have it towed because it broke down. I contacted Mr. Marsh again to see if it was a manufactured defect and that is when he was extremely rude over the phone and told me if I want him to look at it it would cost another 1,800.00 dollars, he also told me that he was closed for the entire month of June. All I am asking for is a receipt and an itemized list of parts and what all I paid for so that I might contact the manufacturer myself. I also contacted another transmission place and told them what happened and now they won’t work on my truck because they said “They are always getting complaints about Bill Marsh and we won’t work on anything he touched.” I feel like I am stuck and still with a broken vehicle.
