On May 8, 2025 this company received $1827.50 for a used engine. It is now July 5, 2025 and I have no engine and I have not been refunded as promised. To make things worse I am a 75 year-old retired veteran With a car stuck in Mexico, waiting on this engine. The hassles I have endured would take pages to describe. It’s such a shame that there are people in this world that take advantage of others. I know I will never see an engine, but my fingers are crossed that they’ll do the right thing and refund my funds. I’m too old to start holding my breath though.

My father in law and I purchased a transmission from Eagle One Auto Parts online on April 14, 2025 at 12:02 pm. I paid for the transmission with my bank debit card, because the transmission was for my truck. At first they kept giving us the run around about sending us the tracking number for the first delivery, but we continued to call until we got someone to answer. They sent us the invoice and the invoice number for the transmission. When we thought was the delivery, it showed a picture of a garage with a package that did not look like a transmission nor my father in laws home. so we called back again. After one week, they finally sent the tracking number from fed-ex which not only was the wrong package but the name and address was not correct. They claimed that it was a mix up in the shipping process and that they were going to get us another tracking number. Friday, May 02, 2025 they finally sent another tracking number which again was not delivered to my father in laws address, but showed it had been delivered with another picture which was not my father in laws home or the package. We have been getting the run around concerning this issue for almost a month and I believe we have been scammed. I paid $372.00 and i would like to get help with getting my money back and warn other about this company.
