Said I owed money to a company called Advance America and this was a courtesy call before taking me to civil court. I have never heard of either company before and said they were welcomed to mail me whatever information they had. They said they had already exhausted all collection steps. Caller wouldn’t let me talk and accused me of having a bad attitude and to improve it before my court appearance.

number called with an automated recording from Valerie Jimenez saying that they were going to serve Ezequiel Hernandez with court documents. She said that it would require a signature and two forms of identification. It also said that if he wanted to put a stop to it, he could call a number that was given (the number was said super-fast – so I am not sure if the number I have is right.) This is the number 251-240-6660 or 251-240-6600.
