Employment Scam

I have been trying to get a second job, remotely and have posted my resume in several websites, such as LinkedIn, Careerbuilder and job finders. Then I started getting lots of text messages stating from several companies stating their hiring department, human resources or company's talent acquisition had reviewed my resume. One of them was SANTHERA PHARMACEUTICALS (I got the same text twice). they mention the hiring manager and direct me to download skype for which there was a link to the interview.
The person on skype The interview will be done through TEXT (IM, Instant Messaging)and that I will be paid $49.55 per hour if I chose to work with online, this is because the company head board in charge of reviews will be reviewing our conversations after the process to enable them to give you a verdict and score which will determine if you are to be employed or not.
I believe you are ready to proceed now? I asked the person who sent me the text to provide me with the company's website and where they got my resume from, and did not receive a response, and the chat on skype stopped right away.
