Was contacted stating that someone was trying to open a credit card using my social security number in Asheville North Carolina. Then told that I was being transferred to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, who had all my credit card information and stated that my information was on an open credit report and I should close accounts. Was then transferred to a financial institution Landmark Financial to setup a consumer debt account, which wanted to get paid by charging credit cards.
