The scammer from (202) 308-4999 contacted me by phone. Pretended from AETNA health insurance company. Asked all of my information: SSN, bank name, number of checking account and bank name, etc. He knew my name, date of birth. He knew I was staying in Assisted Living facility, asked me all of these questions re. my application for VA survival benefits. I really applied

for VA benefits. He asked me which number of benefits will fit me, bronze, gold or silver. Gave me approximate amounts I want to receive in my bank (BECU in the state of WA.
