This man left me a voicemail to call back. Here is what it said: This is David Dorsey. This message is being left for Jxxxxxxx Wxxxxx. Your listed wages, source of income, and assets are being verified at this time. The federal law will not allow me to disclose all the details on your voicemail. However, prior to the order being completed, I will give you an opportunity to contact me directly in my office, so you can tell your side of the story. Press one and ask to speak directly to David Dorsey. I did not call it back I checked to see if it was a scam I live in Oklahoma and he called from a town I never heard of in Oklahoma, so I felt like I should not call it back

Both my father and ex husband received a voice mail atating they were listed as my emergency contact and they were trying to reach me. Person said his name was Brian Baker. Considering neither of those people have been an emergency contact in 20 years, im assuming its because of the ATT data breach.
