Misleading letter about Citibank property notice
This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at (my address) secured by your current lender which is Citibank Na. We reserve the right to remove allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you. 1-888-801-8190.
Now my lender is not Citibank and it is also offering me an allocated waiver of $199. I did block my ID and call the number and they answered home services hotline. So whether it's a scam or some company just trying to suck you into buying a home warranty of some kind I don't know. But either way it's bullcrap.
Received a threatening letter about a property I haven't been affiliated with for 32 years.

I have not had an affiliation with Countrywide Mortgage Lenders, LLC for over 32 years! These [censored] are pathetic. Why can they not be prosecuted?
Received a deceptive final notice letter with a fake check
Received a final notice letter with a fake check from a mortgage scam.
then, "Please CALL IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 1-888-801-8190"
Below was a real looking check for $199.00. Below it says "THIS IS NOT A CHECK" in fine print.
It says immediate action is needed or they have the right to revoke an allocated waiver.

Bottom of letter has document that looks like a check for $199.00 but has on bottom written THIS IS NOT A CHECK..
