Sent mail offering student loan consolidation and or forgiveness through the Department of Education. Fabian Lopez was his name and he was very knowledgable. He knew who my student loans were through and how many and how much they were for. Knew my address and other personal info. They got my bank card number and account info. He wanted me to sign the contract to take the money from my account. I did not sign it because there was a section that was noted as they would be power of attorney. I immediately realized that this was a scam and shut my card down but have to contact my bank tomorrow.
