I’m calling because we are a legal carrier service services and this is regarding ****** ***** (my sister) this is regarding a legal filing complain that needs to be handled. Please have her call us back at 951-552-7262 to settle this as soon as possible. I asked how they got my name and number and she said my sister listed me as a person of contact. However it isn’t her current name so they targeted me using my sisters info available to them if you type in my name. It’s info I recently saw on my identity/background report. However they said she used me as a person of contact. Not true, I said I’m not doing that at the expense of my name. She got very angry and yelled at me and then hung up on me. I called back and they have an automated system set up and you have to enter the “claim filing number” in order to reach them. It’s a whole different type of process, a well managed scam!
