Sunday Aug. 23, 2026 10:35 AM EDST Live call from Spectrum from a man who barely spoke English. He transferred me to Susan (in Molino, TX) whose English was somewhat better. She said someone had tried to change my Spectrum account. (I do not have a Spectrum acct.). I have a recording of this call. Caller ID: 800 Service 1-844-244-5700, which connects to “personal assistant”; I left a msg. After the call, I dialed *57 so that the call can easily be traced. The landline that received this call is a Verizon FiOS landline.
