I had ordered a product from Zenifyness.com through the facebook ad and then my CC company declined it, but it was eventually approved. After receiving the product, I tried to return it. You have to send an email to [email protected] to start the process, but they never reply to multiple attempts. The have my name, address and credit card info. I lost $49.99.

Ad shown on Facebook for Electric saver gadget from Zenifyness.com. I opened & was going to purchase for $29. through Paypal. The amount was changed to $34.99 so I got out of paypal and tried to cancel. The site was forcing other objects to buy. I clicked the back arrow. I never agreed to complete the order. I backed out of the site and checked my Paypal acct. They charged me twice. Once for $104.97 & another for $39.96, totaling $144.93. Now I can reach them to clear it up. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no help. This is not right. Please help me out.
