advertised rolling pet (dog) interactive toy via instagram, paid with credit card.pay showed on bank as paypal pinnleclecrey3r. Ordered Jan 10..kept getting shipping updates as it stated it originated in Ireland. 2 months later still have not received item. I emailed no less than 6 times, they state they are going on vacation, then stated it was delivered. gave a tracking number and told me to track it through the post office, the tracking number was not valid. they told me to check with neighbors and offered no solution or refund even after asked twice for refund. they said it's my fault and that of the post office.
