I ordered a prom dress for my daughter April 9th. 18 days later has not come. Their site says 6-10 business days shipping. I have emailed and emailed and emailed. I finally received an email back in which they said they would expedite shipping. That was a week ago. Nothing has happened. I have since requested a refund, multiple times. Again, no answers. It is too late for her dress to get her, and as a Senior, it would be unusable. However, it would be nice to get my money back. I am beyond angry.
