Placed an order on yoursoulplace.com on Dec 2, 2024. Shipping info on their website said that orders will ship within 2 business days. By Dec 20, 2024 I have not received any tracking info. I sent multiple emails to [email protected] and through their Facebook and Instagram accounts. No response.
