Ordered/cancelled 9/26/26. "SEEL" company asap, as I put the wrong shipping address & said I would reorder with correct shipping address. On 9/27/26, Bryan Kelleher texted me "which order" did I cancel? #35805 or #31399. I was NOT AWARE OF 2 ORDERS until I received that text. Checked my credit card & saw REFUND $1.28, for "protection plan" order # 31399. Asked Kelleher why only $1.28 refunded & not DENTURES #35805? No response. Texted him again 9/28/26, 9/29/26 no response. Kelleher texted me about shipping delay, gave tracking # = "not found." Then 10/12/26, Yooyapp Shop text me what I thought of the product...I never got it! They probably sent it to the shipping address I said was wrong! Tried to reply, copying to my email so I'd have record of it, and who knows WHERE the message went. Never made it to my email. I don't know if THEY even got my reply. Can't upload conversations- they're in my email, not pics.
