My boyfriend tried to order me an indoor bike from Yesoul Fitness in January of 2025. It never got delivered and the company has been giving him the run around about delays and other excuses.

I bought the spin bike online using my debit card on 13-Jan-2024 and received the confirmation email the same day. The email stated they will notify me when the item ships but I never received the ship confirmation email. The $399 for the spin bike was removed from my bank account the same day which was odd considering I didn't receive a ship confirmation email. I sent an email on 17-Jan-2024 to cancel the order and did not receive a response. I sent a followup email on 18-Jan-2024 and did not receive a response to that email as well. I have received nothing and lost $400.
