You're Not Alone!

I'm the sales manager at APlusLift and www.apluslift.com. This site you referenced, www.xkautotools.com has our lifts listed, as well as tons of other brands. They are nothing but dirty rotten scammers. EVERYONE needs to know that reputable lift brands DO NOT advertize on Facebook. META does not give a hoot whether they're scammers or not - all they care about is that the scammers pay for their ads. Below is an example of XK Auto Tools listing our 10KOH, as well as the ACTUAL listing for this lift. I've also put up a picture of their ad on Facebook, which is absolutely fraudulent.

I placed a order through their website for a car lift For $490.50 on May 8, 2023. I was suppose to get a confirmation within 1-2 days, which I never received. My credit card was charged on May 8 with a international charge. I have tried to get hold of them twice on May 15 and May 19 in which they haven't returned my request to find out what was going on with my purchase They have 2 phone numbers list on their contact us page which is +1 201 409 2062 and +1 (678) 701-5941

Sorry this happened to you. I'm sure you learned your lesson. See my review of this particular scam site - it's a guy out of Morocco, and one of his associates reached out to me here at APlusLift to inform me of who he is, and where he is. He's operating several scam sites claiming to sell our products, and plenty of others. He is also paying for ads on Facebook, and META couldn't care less. It's a tragedy all the way around. Welcome to America I guess. Here is a pic of the scam listing on one of our most popular products, the ACTUAL listing, and the ad that is on Facebook right now.
