17Track.net suggested I contact XinRan.com customer service for the name of the local delivery company. I emailed [email protected] with a full history of my order tracking. I received a cryptic response composed by someone who obviously does not speak English and the email was not signed. The next day I received what looked suspiciously like a spam email with a UPS logo on it; I should not have clicked the 'Track Package' link but I did, and it took me to a blocked site. (I have since contacted the regional UPS office with the order tracking number provided, and they have no record of it or of the information posted by 17track.net. At this point I can only conclude this is an elaborate scam, my only salvation is that it is not for a significant amount of money. It's my own fault for believing that FINEKIRSSTYN LTD was a reputable company without investigating them first.
