Xehia Trading Company is listed on the Eliworth.com website. I saw their ads on FB and placed an order. Their website says they ship from their warehouse in the US. Not true. The shipment comes from China and took a month to arrive. The pieces look nothing like the ad. Colors are horrible and the fabric is very stiff and low quality. The fit is boxy and does not lay nice. Nothing like the pictures! I requested a return due to the terrible fabric, low quality, and misrepresented images on their ads. I now have been going back and forth with them via email and they are not accepting my return request. I have a feeling they go by several different company names, not just Eliworth.

On August 4, after seeing advertisement on Facebook, I bought a GTA 26 Battery-Powered Wood Cutter. I asked several times when the shipment would be sent, but the email came back as undelivered. When I finally got a response with the tracking number, I checked on 17track.net every day, but every time I got information that such a shipment number didn’t exist and I started to think I was cheated. And today, my thoughts came true because a shipment came with a completely different tracking number with rubbish inside - a worthless cutting chain with two ligaments. I am cheated. I opened a claim to PayPal and they asked me to sent the item back first, when the seller will get it, he'll refund. It is a scheme of cheating.

Bought product through Portraitnd website and product arrived in ok time. The product that arrived was not what I ordered nor the correct size. I have tried numerous times to have it refunded or exchanged with no response. Site guarantees 100% refund if not satisfied. I found that Xehia Trading owns this business and when emailed, the email bounced back stating email address not found.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I clicked on a Facebook ad to purchase an auto rotating hair curler from this company. Paid $29.99 for the item, $9.99 shipping and $.90 shipping insurance. $40.88 total. It said the item would ship out 24 hours after the payment went through and the shipping would take 7-12 days. Called it "express shipping". Over a month later I finally got the package. My first thought was that its a toy. My second thought was that this is a stolen store display. The item they sent me was this tiny hair STRAIGHTENER with a tiny USB power cord and no wall plug. I immediately took a picture and contacted them via email as stated and they informed me that there are actually 3 different "options" for the item I purchased. They stated that I purchased the "2019 Automatic Curling Iron" and that is what I got so the order was actually correct. They informed me I could either pay $20 to ship it back to get a full refund or they could offer me a refund of $12.26 and I could keep it. The website says owned and operated in the United States but the item shipped from China and the company address is in England. The website also said they have a 90 day guarantee and if you aren't happy then you can get a refund within 180 days without reason. I quoted all this back to them in the emails and even sent screenshots and they refuse to refund my money. They have been responding to my emails so far but I have a feeling that is about to stop.
