They are selling a product for pre-order and for actual sale but are not delivering on the time that it's supposed to be sent out and if you try to ask them about anything they don't respond at all they've been even lowering the price to get other people to buy it but are refusing to send out the product. I've had to reach out to my bank to do a dispute because this pre-orders been sitting since October 11th of 2024 it was supposed to be released January 31st of 2025 and there is not a single response from this company stating any issues or any problems and on their website they are still selling the product of pre-order.
