They keep have stole my credit card and email address and have emailed and charged me for stupid downloads. I’ve emailed them that this is in error and instead of refunding and removing the fake account, they email me back asking how “someone” stole my email address, how do I know it’s not me requesting the product, and to please explain how I can be emailing from an email address that’s stolen.
