On May 27th, 2022, I booked a waterslide for our party on July 4th. We received a confirmation email stating our rental was booked from 9am- 5pm. On June 27th, they called to confirm my credit card information for a $100 deposit. I then called the company on July 1st to once again confirm that our reservation was confirmed. On the morning of July 4th, we called at 8:00am, to confirm time of delivery. We were told between 10-11am, when no one showed up, we called five times throughout the day and were told it was "on the way" every single time. No one very showed up. They take a deposit and sit with your money, but had no intention of ever fulfilling the order. This is fraud in its finest. They knew every single time we called that no one was actually going to show up. This company needs to be shut down.

I read their yelp reviews after I had already booked and realized that I was not the only one this was happening too. This company allows you to book a party rental (like a jumper) online and then does not send confirmation email and does not show up!! Thankfully I did not pay ahead of time and selected pay day of but some people did pay and never got refunds. I tried to call the company and the man kept saying the office is closed. I said I just want to cancel my order since I never got an email confirmation or anything and I saw your yelp reviews so I’m glad I realized before my sons bday party tomorrow.I do not want people going thru what I had to do today which was find another jumper company the day before my sons party because of companies like this. This company is a giant scam.
