Report

I feel like I was scammed by Muukalopical. I received my first set of 3 glasses with the wrong PD # which I was never informed about. So asked where to return they told me China. Well I did and they have been stuck in Chinas customs for 83 days. I have tried calling no answer, emailed and all they keep saying is you didn’t pay enough duty for the package to make it to us. Read reviews after I purchased and it seems all the issues I have had are other people’s complaints. Hard to get a refund, had to send to China which I don’t think is the right place cause why are they mailed to you from Plano Texas. Last they don’t answer the phone. Great way to run a business. Don’t let Muukalopical SCAM you.
