Website offers Hey Dude shoes. Shipping on the website claims 5-7 standard shipping. They provide a very poor website for tracking www.track718.com that updates poorly and never list a courier. When you email customer support they just refer you to the website and say their shipping is 7-30 days. I’ve waited 30 days only for the package to show delivered but not actually receive the goods. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received the goods I requested or a full refund.
