I was sent an email about my visit to CVS. I filled out survey and they advise I could select a free item and I would just need to pay for shipping. A couple weeks later I received a call from my credit card company asking if I approved charge from this company. I let them know that I approved the previous charge but no recent charge was made with them. I then called the company and the representative apologized for the confusion and made the adjustment to my account and that I should be receiving the item I paid the shipping for. I have never received the item.

I have attached the email and the transaction from my credit card.

Received an email from [email protected] to take a survey on Costco Wholesale experience. When you finish the survey, you can choose a grift in which you would pay postage and handling. I selected a SureTech Smart watch. When I received it it did not work, and I called a service number 855-396-0989 with my concern. They told me that I would receive an email about the situation. I never received an email follow-up and I have a defective watch. At the same time, they charged my credit card with an additional charge without my permission. Visa picked that up and declined the charge. They had to close my credit card and issue me a new replacement credit card since my credit card was compromised. This incident appears to be a scam.
