Thief, User of Hard Drugs and Takes Payment for Work Left Undone

This individual, David Klaiber, left cards at several local businesses. I picked one up and noted that he did handyman work, which I needed, so I contacted him and he came out to my home to perform an estimate. He agreed to a lower price than I'd been quoted by anyone else, so when he asked for half up front, I didn't think much of it. Long story short, I paid him the half up front and he ghosted me. Changed his number, does not respond to Emails, nothing. I asked around about him and wish I'd of done this before hiring him as he is known to many as a hard drug user and also has stolen items from previous employers. DO NOT hire him!
