I’m pretty sure they are now operating under the name West Papillon. They have CUPCAKE for sale with the same email response as one of the other reviews. Email from Jamie but they used the names Kelly and Kevin North.

In current communication to purchase CUPCAKE. This address is in San Bernadino for Woodmans Papillon = woodmanspapillon.com. I said I would pick up the puppy, not heard back yet - 3-14-22. Will update post as it develops

not sure if its the same scammers but ALL of what people are saying here is exactly what I was told by them as well.
Here is an email from them.

Attached to this email is a copy of the bill of sales for the purchase of Cupcake. You will need to print out or sign the bill of sales online using your phone or laptop. Send us a scan copy or picture of the signed bill of sales. We are going to ship Cupcake tomorrow or any other day once we confirm the payment.

To make the payment, simply login into your Bank's online mobile app to access your account. Choose to send money using zelle and use/insert this email address [email protected] to send the payment. Name on zelle is Luwinter, my wife. Total to be sent $950

Memo or message for transfer should be "Ref: Rabbit" Send me a picture or screenshot of the payment receipt for confirmation.

I'll email you with the full flight details, tracking information and exact arrival time of the puppy. Also, you will be contacted by the delivery agency with updates on arrival at your home address.

This message sent up my RED FLAGS.there is absolutely NO delivery person at the Medford Oregon airport driving to crescent city ,ca lol

I wanted to use Paypal as they are good with getting refunded from scammers.They actually DID open a Paypal account though but PP wouldn't work and I thought it was because they "just" opened the account.then they sent me a message on my iPad for Apple Pay...so I didn't pay..I sent them a text message and asked if we could video chat and prove they had puppies.
their name is 'Woodman's Papillons" but they could have changed the name from woodland..I mean come on its a close match.I asked them several times if they had FB or INSTA? with no answer.I also asked for a video or video chat showing the puppies...no answer the 1st couple times..then they said its 8:15 and he was out with his wifey so they would send video tomorrow..still no answer on the video chat though and I sent them a link for DUO chat..no answer..
I did NOT give them any $$ thank gawd.

I messaged them about a male Papillon puppy. They were asking $750 plus $200 to ship. After reading these reviews I sent them a message and said I was on the way to pick the puppy up, almost 700 miles. I asked for their address and a phone number and they never answered me. Just as I had figured, when they thought I was really coming they refused to answer me. I sent another message this AM, asking for an address and phone number, and again no answer...Complete scam!

I also contacted Idel on a cute little Papillion puppy named Popy. As soon as I received her Email I started my investigation...I knew it was a Scam from the start but went along with it just to see how far it would go. So glad I came upon all this info! I didn't think her Reviews looked legit and they Were Not! I told her my son would pick up the puppy and pay her in cash...she finally gave me her address as 24 Wayne Drive, Wilmington NC.. She then insisted I send her a deposit of $400.00 thru Zelle before he could come pick her up. We then found out she doesnt even live there! Total Scammer! BEWARE!

Luckily I came upon this website when my family member wanted to make sure that the transaction I was about to send was legit. I too was trying to adopt Jenni when I read the comments above me and my smile turned to a frown. I'm thankful now that my bank sending limit prevented my money from going through or I'd be out 750 dollars now. I'm sad too that I won't be able to have Jenni in my life. Now I'm thinking smarter and looking at akc breeders to find my new pup. When asking them for akc breeding clarification I was told that they were not akc registered despite mentioning they were on the site. They *claimed* it was a mistake and was supposed to say they could be akc registered. I hope someone can shut down this site and prevent it from hurting other pet owners.

Fortunately, I did not lose any money because I did my research; finding that this individual was not legitimate. They refused to provide a phone number so we could talk, would not do a video chat so I could see the puppy, insisted on email only. The price for the puppy was very low, however, they wanted a large deposit through Venmo. They would not use PayPal and would not accept that I offered cash when I picked up the puppy. They claimed AKC registration, but I could not find them as a breeder through the AKC website. I have reported them as scammers in several places.

I contacted them to purchase a Papillon named Jenni- for $500. told me I could pick her up (I am in Texas if I place a $300 deposit) but better to ship her to me for an additional $250. I gave them and it had to be through Zelle and send them a screenshot and they would send her the next day. A shipping company told me that I had to send them $1500 in order to send her to me. that's that - I don't have the dog and I am out $750 and they are refusing to do anything unless I pay them the$1500 - they had good reviews so I didn't know they were a scam - I am elderly so they have violated the olders american act by defrauding me

Purchasing a puppy, however to proceed they only accept zelle payment. After zelle payment shipping will be arranged. Puppy is 500 plus 250 for shipping. The claimed method of shipping will be a person accompanying the puppy on a plane and delivery to home. After asking for video verification or web conference to speak to seller, seller never responded and email communications stopped.
