I ordered a phone case beginning of January. I received an e-mail with an order # and tracking to UPS right away. But when you go to UPS there is no information about it. They haven't received the order yet. My credit card was charged immediately. I've tried e-mailing them twice and haven't received any responses back. FRAUD.
