Received a letter reporting that a person who shares my last name and nationality was a policy holder of an unclaimed "Life Insurance Policy," in the sum of $10,550,300, who was killed in an accident 6 years prior. The writer, Thai Wolfe, requests a partnership with me, by adding my name to the policy, with a plan to share 10% of the proceeds with charity, and then splitting the remaining 90% with them. They state that this claim requires a "high level of confidentiality," and requests that I provide a phone number to be sent via an email to them.

Cannot determine the overall risk and outcome of replying to this letter, but it seems to be a phishing scheme that is bound to be exploitive to whomever falls for it.
