They initially told me for these services, they will create music playlist and will be including my music with other similar artists’ music and the price is $100 USD and $300 USD so total $400 and they sent the payment invoice via Stripe to me and I paid for it.
So after payment, this scammer sent me a email of PDF file Google Drive link that they listed just a one strategy plan written sheet of how to increase social media engagement to trigger the algorithm on my music on Spotify which was completely irrelevant service that I expected, even worse, they also did not create the music playlist. They sent captured JEPG image from my social media photos and told me that is for the header image for the playlist. They did not create actual music playlist as they initially advertised it. So basically I paid $400 USD for just a PDF file on JPEG image file. I have complained and requested for a refund via their email about the false advertising and not delivering the exact service that they have promised me initially however this scammer are not responding on my request but they are keep sending their advertising catalog to my email until now.
Anyway I had to put dispute on my bank claim department however this scammer reversed my claim so I contacted to my bank but the bank said currently this case is out of their hand to process a refund and they suggested me to file a complain to Better Business Bureaus. They took $400 USD this is completely ridiculous and unfair so I’m reporting here and I need a urgent help to be resolved.
