Rick Falvey is a fraud, over charges (collects upfront) and does not follow through on his word or contracts. He prays on neighbors in the Milwaukee area, specifically Greenfield and West Allis. BEWARE and do your research in advance!

Richard (Falvey) O'Brien came to our house. He said he was quoting a neighbor for tree removal and noticed that we also had a tree that needed removed. He quoted us $1000. We were quoted from other tree removal companies anywhere from $2000 - $3000. He said that he needed a downpayment first of $300, and the rest was due after completion of the project. He stopped by our house for the downpayment and to sign a contract and said his "guy" would be coming later to cut down the tree. This was on Tuesday. His guy never showed up. Wednesday, no one showed up. We called and he said he had a family emergency in Madison, WI that he had to take care of first, and they would be here first thing on Thursday morning. Again, no one showed up on Thursday. He no longer returned text messages and he ignored all phone calls.

According the NextDoor app, another individual also had an encounter with him.
