I bought three items from their website. Once it arrived, the product did not match the description from the website. I emailed company to return and they gave me an address for China and is requiring me to pay for shipping. Only once they receive the products may I get a refund.

I bought an item online and when it was delivered it was extremely poor quality that looked nothing like the picture, nor was it made of the materials it said it was. The website clearly states the return policy is fully refundable, and they would send a shipping label. I sent them countless emails, they do not honor their return policy, the website says they are in Canada but the email says they moved to china and they do not ship items back, they would only offer a discount on another product or a very minimal credit back.

Somehow this website with beautiful chiseled Chrystal mug photos popped up. It looked like a nice family owned business. It said that the mugs could go in the microwave and hold hot beverages because they are made out of crystal. There were pictures of people making these mugs out of Crystal. The crystal mugs in the picture had steaming liquid coming out of them.

When we received the mugs they were small plastic mugs with paint on them. They came with a metal insert that said, be sure you use the metal insert when you use hot beverages in your cup.

We tried emailing the business for a refund, as we did not get what we ordered. The email was not delivered. I got a virus warning back immediately. Calling the phone number provided by our bank reached a dating website.

I ordered an Olivia Rodrigo Stanley cup from this website on Nov 29, 2024. The cup did arrive, but instead of being in a shiny purple box, it came in a plain white box full of dents. There was no tissue wrapping, there was no official Stanley wrapper on the cup, there was no purple straw, the coloring is also different. I concluded this is a fraudulent product and sought out a return. The website has an email address to contact for returns. I have sent multiple requests to return the item and I only get an automated reply saying someone will respond. No one ever responds after that. I have also tried the phone number and it automatically goes to busy signal. When I got the shipping confirmation with tracking, it was coming from China, which already put me on high alert that I was being scammed, and I was.

I ordered the crystal mineral mug and it was not as described or pictured. I ended up receiving a flimsy mug made out of plastic with spray painted blue circles on it. When I went to return the item I was told their returns have to be sent to China and they could only offer me 20% back.

false advertisement of mineral crystal mugs. on their website photos of said mugs are not the same when received. First of all it looked to be a drop ship from China. The mugs I received were small cheap epoxy resin cups that came with tin cup inserts they look nothing like the ones on their website. I've seen better cups in a dollar store. They need to put the appropriate photos that match said items. Very deceptive on their part. Please notify them of this.

I ordered an item from their website. I did not receive a confirmation number via email or text. I contacted them via phone, their phone number is no longer in service. I emailed them four times and no response. The funds were deducted from my bank account.. The business is bogus.

Placed my order for an Olivia Rodrigo Stanley. It took two months to receive the product even though the company stated three weeks shipping then states they should be receiving it shortly after one month. Upon receiving the Stanley we noticed it is a fake. The product is not in the original box, did not come with the accessories as shown, and does not have the stamps from the company printed on the bottom.
