The website illustrates beautiful mineral crystal mugs. Within the description, under specifications it states made of mineral crystal and there is a video of a mug being made from a block of raw material. I received a plastic cup with a metal insert (that is not mentioned anywhere within the description). I emailed the company immediately upon receipt 1/11/25, that i wanted to return. Received an automated email that they got my request. Did not hear back further for four days so contacted my credit card to see if they can assist. Received an email today indicating that they are sorry i do not like the product and confirmed it is not made of Mineral Crystal, but still are not providing me with the information I need to return this. This place is misrepresenting the product they are delivering.
